Who is responsible
Respawn Rated is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@respawnrated.com about anything in this notice.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. Writing to us, by form or by email, gives us your name, email address and whatever you put in the message. We use them only to reply, and our lawful basis is legitimate interest in answering you.
- Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical details of requests (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and aren't used to identify or profile visitors.
We don't use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to twelve months after our last reply, then delete them, unless they're needed to handle a correction or complaint.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under contract, and anyone we're legally required to share it with.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
